I did the fifty sit ups before work and aerobics just then. Aerobics is too ambitious in the morning, takes too long. But at least I'm sleeping well at night.

I did Belly Butt and Thighs for the first time in months on Saturday, and today I could hardly move. I did it again this arvo and it was torture with my already-aching muscles. I better see some results from this or I'll be pee'd off.
(The bit where she makes us pulse lunges for like the fourth time makes me want to cry)

I know! The Belly and Butt bits aren't so bad, though the bits where you have to balance on your elbow I don't think I'm doing right. And even the rest of the Thighs isn't that bad except the pulse lunges at the beginning >__< It takes me a week before my muscles stop shaking when I get to the fourth set.
